Physical movement (aka exercise) plays a critical role in your wellness, and we provide consulting and guidance on physical exercise in addition to and separate from our other services.

Since obtaining my 500-hour yoga teacher certification in 2011, I've taught more than 2,000 classes and countless people a variety of yoga, Pilates, Barre, and other fitness classes and techniques.  I love teaching private lessons and instructing big groups.
