How can I start working with you?

What should I prepare for my initial consultation?
Prior to our initial consultation, I will email You a questionnaire inquiring into Your Goals and reasons for consulting me. During our meeting, We will delve deeper into Your Goals in order to formulate the best Course of Action for You.
How long will it take before I see results?
Most clients start to see results quickly, even after just one session. However, as with most things, the more effort and dedication You put into Your Course, the more quickly You will see change. Often, those around You will see the change in You before You become aware of it. Remember, we did not become who we are overnight, and it takes time to change deeply ingrained habits, patterns, and mindsets. Being patient with Yourself and maintaining faith are keys to success.
How much time per week will I need to spend on my Course?
In addition to our recommended hour-long weekly meeting, I will suggest daily tasks for You to practice the concepts we discuss during our sessions. These will not be overly time-consuming, but the more time and energy You put into them, the more quickly You will see results.
How long will I need coaching?
It depends upon Your goals. Generally, I recommend at least six weeks of weekly meetings. At six weeks, clients are usually so thrilled with the progress that they have seen, there is no question that we will continue working together! If You have accomplished all of Your goals at a certain point and have nothing more You want to improve, then I will probably ask You to coach me!
