What is "Internal Weather"?
We spend a lot of time talking about weather – the heat, the cold, humidity, and rain. It dictates our plans, our clothing choices, our traffic routes, and more.
But how much attention do you pay to your internal environment? Or, as Lily calls it, your internal weather?

After graduating from a top-tier law school, Lily practiced commercial litigation in a Big Law firm for four years before leaving to obtain her 500-hour yoga teacher certification in 2011 - her first tangible step toward her current role of life coach, specializing in confidence, relationship, self-love, and recovery coaching.

Since 2011, Lily has guided hundreds (if not thousands) of individuals in the Dallas area and beyond (both on and off of their yoga mats), helping them create happier, healthier lives. Some of her relevant credentials are listed below.

Lily's Story - In Her Words
I've always wanted MORE.
​
I made great grades in school and have worked as an attorney for fifteen years. But nothing was ever enough – not enough money, enough prestige, enough love from others...
​
I was looking for more outside of myself, from other people, my job title, money, and things (I own a LOT of shoes).
​
Until I realized that I had to change everything. And that the change had to occur within me.
​
You see, I had tried changing all of the external options: jobs, relationships, apartments ... but those adjustments merely distracted me from the true problem: my destructive thinking patterns.​
What were my destructive thinking patterns? Well, they appeared in the form of:

Perfectionism,
-
Procrastination, and
-
People-pleasing
​
And they resulted in me feeling:

Less-than,
-
Paralyzed by fear, and
-
Out of control
​
It was like I was stuck in Groundhog's Day: Every day I raced about, and at the end of the day, I wasn't sure what I'd accomplished.
​
In 2011, I took a sabbatical from practicing law and obtained my 500-hour yoga teaching certificate from Sunstone in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I wasn't sure what I was onto at the time, but I knew that practicing yoga had helped me begin to reconnect with my true self, and I wanted to share my experience with others.
​
In 2018, I began an even more rigorous overhaul on my internal environment. The process was not easy, but I was guided through the internal change process by kind but firm mentors and coaches.
​
Now, in my fourth decade of life, I have more than enough because I changed my internal barometer. It is a joy and honor to see my clients' and students' lives improve.
​
Since 2011, I have worked with hundreds of clients, including my fellow lawyers, both on and off the mat, to help them create peaceful, fulfilling lives.​​
