Confidence Coaching

Some people seem so at ease, so naturally confident, outgoing, and comfortable wherever they go… But that’s not the kind of confidence that “confidence coaching” aims to spark.

 

Confidence coaching can help if you relate to any of the following:​

  • Feel uncomfortable in your own skin

  • Have a difficult time making decisions

  • Overthink and question the decisions you have made

  • Avoid or deflect compliments

  • Struggle with imposter syndrome

  • Believe your life will be better if you could just believe in yourself more​

 

Most of Lily’s confidence-coaching clients seek to feel more self-confident inside (in less obvious, less boisterous external ways). They want to learn how to be their true, authentic selves in any situation.

In fact, some confidence-coaching clients have the extroverted, outgoing, “it’s all good” exterior nailed!  Yet they feel like imposters, filled with self-doubt and afraid of being found out and called frauds.

Body Image Coaching

 

If you fixate on your weight, pant size, waistline, or overall appearance, you could benefit from an improved self-image!  

 

Yes, we feel constantly bombarded by imagery glorifying youth, beauty, and idealized body sizes and types. Yes, most of us feel self-conscious at least sometimes about our appearance.  

 

If, however, your poor body image regularly holds you back in your daily life or from moving toward your goals, Lily wants to work with you!  

 

Poor body image could show up as any of the following:​

  • Self-bullying over what you weigh, a certain body part, or how you look

  • Avoiding activities you enjoy because you’re “feeling fat”

  • Sabotaging intimate relationships to avoid physical intimacy

  • Delaying starting a new hobby, group class, or even dating until you “lose 10 pounds”

  • Believing you are unworthy of happiness until you look a certain way

Lily Shanks is a self-described "Recovering Attorney" who worked as a litigator for more than 15 years before finally fully embracing the title of Certified Life Coach.
