This series is for you if you:
feel like you rush through your days, reacting to life rather than intentionally approaching it,
are unclear on how to get to your Big Vision, or
want to approach your yoga practice more mindfully.
Also! Each session will include 10-minutes of nutrition and food-related coaching.
Format of each special session:
10 minutes of small-group coaching on the weekly theme (you will not be required to share in the group),
10 minutes of nutrition and food-related coaching, and
40 minutes of yoga and mindfulness practice.
Participants will receive intention-setting tools each week and the opportunity to check-in with their coaches before and after the sessions.
What if I'm traveling and can't attend all small-group sessions in-studio?
Each session will be videotaped, and videos will be uploaded to the private group page within 24 hours of the session so that you can review it at your convenience.

Certified Life Coach, RYT-500 yoga teacher, recovering attorney . . . Lily Shanks specializes in helping her clients get out of their own way and move towards their dreams.
Since earning her 500-hour yoga teacher certification through Sunstone in 2011, Lily has guided more than 2,000 yoga and fitness classes at Sunstone studios around Dallas. She works with large and small groups as well as one-on-one.

Shyler Landry is a nutritionist who specializes in Autoimmune Disorders, Digestive Disorders, and Weight Loss.
After graduating from Southern Methodist University, Shyler became an RYT 500-hour certified yoga and fitness instructor through Sunstone Yoga. Shyler received her Master of Science in Integrative and Functional Nutrition in 2020 from Saybrook University. She is available for individual nutrition consultations, along with cooking lessons, and grocery shopping excursions. Shyler Landry lives with her husband Trevor and dog Dobe in Dallas, TX.
