What is a Self-Love Coach?

As you probably saw in the awesome video above, a self-love coach guides you out of the unhealthy patterns and thinking that have kept you stuck, and into a space where you can create a healthy, loving relationship with yourself!

I created a special self-love coaching program for two reasons:

You are worthy of love, and learning to love yourself will transform your life.

When you love yourself first, everything else follows.

You are a beautiful human - period.  But if you don't believe in yourself, if you're always looking for external validation - from your partner, job, or paycheck - you'll always feel like you're lacking something.  That something is unconditional love - for yourself.   

Once you're giving yourself the love and grace you're inherently worthy of receiving, you'll experience life in a completely new, elevated way.  Your relationships with your friends, colleagues, and partner will feel easier.  Your days will feel brighter.  You will no longer be chasing that elusive external gold star.  Because you will already have given yourself an internal gold star.  You will feel fulfilled - from the inside out.

How do you treat yourself?
Do you say kind, loving words to yourself, or are you mean and judgmental?
Do you forgive yourself for your past mistakes or continually beat yourself up with "shoulds" and "what ifs"? 
Are you always going on a diet, trying to change your body or appearance because you don't like how you look?
Are you quick to forgive and love others but unable to show yourself the same grace?

During my years of coaching, I've coached lots of clients who wanted to create a more loving, healthy life, but they didn't talk about or treat themselves in a loving, healthy manner.
Many of them were successful in their careers, financially stable (or even very wealthy), in long-term relationships, and admired by those around them, yet they found themselves feeling empty and unfulfilled.  Many used unhealthy coping behaviors like over-drinking, binge-eating, or over-exercising to try to feel better.  

They knew they were meant for more, but even despite all of their outward success (money, career, partner, luxury car, etc.), they couldn't make the lasting changes they so desperately desired.

They wanted to stop: 
compulsively shopping,
over-exercising, and

Many also wanted to improve their current relationships with their partners, and the single ones definitely wanted to attract a loving, healthy partner into their lives.

Yet they couldn't.  They were stuck.

They would ask themselves: 

~ How can I attract someone who is ready for a commitment?
~ How do I avoid beginning to date someone who is an alcoholic or addict

~ Why am I always attracted to the "wrong" person?

Month 1: $449

Four weekly meetings in one 30-day period.

Meeting 1: 60-minute Vision Meeting with Lily, discussing your dating and relationship goals, ideals, history, and roadblocks. 

Meetings 2-4: 30-minute targeted coaching sessions 

After Month 1, subsequent monthly coaching will continue as follows:
